Beginner to advanced training focusing on 5 fundamental skills – hitting, catching, throwing, fielding, and baserunning. We also prioritize strategy, tactics, mentality coaching, specific position training, strength, conditioning, endurance, explosiveness, agility, power, and speed for running faster and hitting harder. Physical training only carries us so far, without preparation of mental awareness and confidence, the potential of an athlete can become hindered . We teach our students the importance of understanding and overcoming the mental barriers we as pole vaulters and athletes face everyday on and off the track so they believe in themselves just as much as we believe in them.
Offensive Skills: hitting drills, bunting strategy, batting order strategy, running the bases and sliding practice.
Defensive skills: Defensive strategy, ground ball technique, throwing drills, fly ball drills, outfield drills, getting the lead runner, and more.
